By visiting or using our website, you agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other recommendations, limitations, or laws posted in connection with certain portions or services of this site. All other specified guidelines or limitations are hereby included into these Terms and Conditions by default.

Copyrights

You are completely liable for the Information you incorporate into your Products, as well as any additional pictures, logos, text, and other items. You commit not to include any text, picture, image, logo, or copyrighted material of a third party in your services except if the owners have given you permission. You represent and justify that your Products do not interfere on any third-party rights, such as copyright, right of publicity, or privacy, and will not harm any third party.

Artwork uploaded by a customer

All artworks, designs, and graphics must be in CMYK format and have a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Haul Packaging is not liable for any color shifts that occur during RGB to CMYK colorconversions. Haul Packaging is not liable for visuals that are hazy, deformed, or pixilated as a result of artwork provided by the customer.

Content created by customers

You are entirely responsible for the Content you include in your products, as well as any additional pictures, illustrations, text, or other elements. You agree not to include any content, picture, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted material of a third party in your Products unless the owners have given you permission.  You accept these terms that your Items do not violate the rights of any third party, such as copyright, brand name, right of publicity, orprivacy, and will not defame any third party, and that you have all rights to incorporate third-party content into your Products. You guarantee that you hold the required authorization, right, and power to place an order on this Site, and you allow Haul Packaging to create the Products on your account by ordering on this website.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and restricting access to your linked account. You acknowledge and accept that you are solely liable for all items ordered or other activities taken using your associated account. You grant Haul Packaging  a global, premium and non-exclusive license to use, recreate, modify, adjust, display, and right to copy from the website content and on the product for the uses of collecting designs or handling print orders when you, or someone you’ve allowed access to, orders any product using your password.

You agree that Haul Packaging and its team have the right to eliminate any Content that breaches the terms and conditions or is otherwise inappropriate in their absolute discretion. Haul Packaging may retain the content and could specify content if required to by law or if disclosure is essential:

1. Cooperate with legal process
2. Impose the terms and conditions
3. Respond to alleges that Content violates third-party rights
4. Defend the rights, assets, or safety of haul packaging and its users.

Components

Please be aware that the print material of our products are not food suitable. Any such request should be made in writing as soon as possible. Please let us know if you have any particular food grade requirements for paper material before making your purchase.

Before printing, the customer is responsible for proof and layout approval

Haul Packaging is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the printing problems caused by any of following:

• Wrong Font Usage and Graphics Alignment Errors in spelling, grammar, or punctuation
• Die cuts that aren’t quite right, slits that aren’t always right
• Size of the end product

Receipts and returns

All sales are permanent due to the unique nature of each order. We’ll reprint the order if we find out we made a mistake. There are no refunds or exchanges available.

Product Re-prints

Any faults, damage, or missing materials identified in the finished goods must be reported to Haul Packaging within three business days after order is dispatched. Any complaints for errors, damage, or lost goods are not lodged within three business days of the delivery date are not covered by Haul Packaging.

Customers must refund at least 99 percent of the items within 10 days of the first delivery date in order to get replacement products. Without previous authorization from haul packaging, no returns will be authorized.

Cancellation of order

Before printing/shipping, Haul Packaging can cancel your purchase. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel it. Orders may be cancelled at any time during the manufacturing process, however cancellation fees will apply. Our Support Team will communicate these cancellation penalties to you.
