But our standard completion time for printing and shipping boxes is 8-10 business days following your approval of the final version of the custom box design. We aim to keep within our stated turnaround times as accurately as possible for all product boxes. However, all timeframes are estimates so actual shipping transit time may deviate slightly. Meanwhile, producing and shipping bulk or rigid boxes usually need more time. We'll give you details about this early on. For time-sensitive projects, we highly recommend that you discuss rush production or expedited shipping with your customer service representative.

How do I place my order? What happens after I've placed my order?

Once we receive and verify your project specifications, a member of our customer service team will contact you with a free quote. As you go over the quote details together, you can ask your customer support representative questions about artwork, mockups, and others. Once you've agreed on the project details and pricing, we'll send you an invoice with many popular payment methods to confirm your custom boxes order. After you get your invoice, we produce mockups so you can have a preview of the custom boxes before mass production. The mockups will be based on the design you sent us, however, our service team is available to provide recommendations or design revisions. As mentioned, our graphic designers can also help you develop your box design from scratch using your desired dimensions–regardless of if you need anything from mailer boxes to product boxes.
