Return & Refund Policy
It is advisable for customers to notify HaulPackaging within three working days of receiving their order if the products are defective or do not meet their requirements and specifications, as the company’s products and services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Chargebacks are not accepted; however, if the company is found to be at fault for the product, a complimentary reprint of the order is offered.
The Haul Packaging management team determines the defect. In order for the order to be properly reprinted, the customer must ship back the entire purchase within seven working days at their own expense, together with any necessary paperwork, digital photos, and any product problems. Should the customer’s error persist and they desire to be refunded, they must return the printed work to us; a chargeback will be issued following the deduction of the product’s setup and shipping expenses by the business.
